BIDMC is Forerun’s Research and Development partner. Communication of clinical, regulatory, reimbursement and management insights is a constant from our clinician and technologists partners at BIDMC and developments made to address them are deployed and tested in alpha version at two Beth Israel Deaconess ED’s before being rolled out to customers. BIDMC and the ED physicians of the Harvard Medical Faculty Physician Group continually work with Forerun to provide best in class solutions for our customers.
InterSystems Corporation is a global software products company serving the healthcare IT market that provides products to enable fast development, deployment, and integration of enterprise-class applications. Forerun’s system architecture and clinical database are based on InterSystems’ Caché platform, a high-performance, post-relational database that offers a rapid application development environment.

Emergency Medicine Physicians (EMP) is an ED Physician Staffing company founded in 1992 with a vision to provide better healthcare and better healthcare management. Today, EMP treats approximately 3 million patients per year in 60 hospitals nationwide. Forerun and EMP have partnered on the development and roll out of an EMP-fitted, physician-focused charting solution for emergency departments nationwide that are staffed by physicians of EMP and Emergency Physicians Medical Group.

Emergency Medicine Business Intelligence (EMBI) develops business analytics solutions for hospital Emergency Departments, ED staff, and their patients. Forerun has collaborated with EMBI on the development of an advanced reporting and analytics module that provides real time monitoring of operational statistics, quality measures and charting performance – real actionable information about the metrics that matter most in the ED for driving operational change and process improvement.
Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) develops, manages, and licenses medical terminology and software applications that allow clinicians to capture their clinical intent at the point-of-care. Forerun has partnered with IMO to embed access to their Problem IT® vocabulary, a clinical diagnosis and problem list vocabulary that contains the expressions that clinicians can use for documenting encounter diagnoses, problem lists, and past medical history, helping to streamline and standardize certain aspects of the patient chart development.
Forerun has partnered with Entrada to embed access to Entrada’s Real-time Speech-to-Text voice recognition technology within our flagship FlexChart™Physician Documentation solution providing users provides a fast, easy way to document clinical information.
