Ken Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in senior management. He has held several senior-level operating positions in large and small investment firms, and also served as a managing director and head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Forerun, Mr. Wolfe was a founding partner in Kairos Partners, a $150 million limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies. Mr. Wolfe received his B.A. in economics and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Peter Rosen, M.D., Vice Chairman and Physician Advisor

Dr. Rosen is a senior lecturer at Harvard Medical School, Professor Emeritus of Clinical Medicine and Surgery and former Director of Education in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. He is a past Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Emergency Medicine; a founding author of the standard texts "Rosen's Emergency Medicine" and "5-Minute Emergency Consult."

Richard Wolfe, M.D., Director and Physician Advisor

Dr. Wolfe is the Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians and directs the emergency department at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as well as five other emergency departments in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School.

Patrick de Saint-Aignan, Director

Mr. de Saint-Aignan serves on the Forerun Board of Directors. Mr. de Saint-Aignan is an Advisory Director and a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. de Saint-Aignan is currently an independent director of the Bank of China, Chairman of the audit committee and member of the risk policy and personnel and remuneration committees. Mr. de Saint-Aignan graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in 1971 and received a Master's degree with distinction in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1974.

Jean-Jacques Degroof, Director

Mr. Degroof serves on the Forerun Board of Directors, and also assists in the development of international channels and distribution strategies. Mr. Degroof resides in Brussels, and has been an active investor in private companies. He has been engaged in the processes of spinning off new ventures from academic institutions. He received an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Walter "Jerry" Bird, Director

Jerry Bird is Vice President of Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC). Mr. Bird joined Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation as Vice President in 2005, and has over 22 years of investing and financial experience. Before joining MTDC, Mr. Bird was President of Boston-based Claflin Capital Management, which he joined as a general partner in 1996. Mr. Bird received both a BA and an MBA degree from Dartmouth College.
