Ken Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in senior management. He has held several senior-level operating positions in large and small investment firms, and also served as a managing director and head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Forerun, Mr. Wolfe was a founding partner in Kairos Partners, a $150 million limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies. Mr. Wolfe received his B.A. in economics and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Susan H. Connolly, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Connolly serves as the senior finance officer for Forerun. Ms. Connolly brings more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry in various senior-level finance roles to Forerun, most recently as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Haemonetics Corporation, where she led financial planning and corporate control and reporting functions for worldwide operations. Ms. Connolly was a Principal at Kairos Partners, a limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies for the last 7 years. Ms. Connolly received her B.S. in Finance from the University of New Hampshire.

Anthony Pilozzi, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Pilozzi is the senior technology and operations officer for Forerun. Mr. Pilozzi has more than 20 years of experience managing information technology in various health care settings. Prior to joining Forerun, Mr. Pilozzi managed the client support relationships for the largest customers of InterSystems, a health care software company. Prior to that, Mr. Pilozzi was an Information Technology Director for a large east coast HMO where he was responsible for all health care delivery applications, and insurance processing systems for several corporate divisions spanning 20 facilities. Mr. Pilozzi has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, and an M.B.A. from Bryant University.

Michael Roshon, MD/PhD, Vice President of Product Development

Dr. Roshon is Forerun's senior clinician and oversees Product Development and the design of client solutions. Dr. Roshon is also an Emergency Medicine Physician in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. Roshon completed his residency training at Carolinas Medical Center and earned his MD/PhD degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is currently Medical Director for The Emergency Department of the St.-Francis Medical Center In Colorado Springs, and Serves on the American College of Emergency Physicians national Reimbursement Committee and the Research Committee. He is the Founder of Benchmark Charts, LLC, an emergency medicine specific documentation company.

Rodney Hawkins, Vice President of Product Management

Mr. Hawkins is responsible for Forerun's product strategy and product marketing efforts. He brings over 25 years of healthcare industry experience working with leading academic medical centers and healthcare IT companies. Prior to joining Forerun, he served as the VP of Product Management at AMICAS, Inc., an industry leader in clinical image and information management and automation solutions. Mr. Hawkins served as the Global Product Manager for Radiology Solutions at GE Healthcare, where he was responsible for the product roadmap, the execution of new product introductions and served as the IT service and support leader responsible for service operations across the central corridor of the U.S. Prior to GE Healthcare, he worked on both the clinical and IT side of operations at Stanford University Hospital as an Emergency Department Technician and Telemedicine/Telehealth Program Director and lead imaging informatics at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Jordan Davis, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Davis is responsible for all sales activities at Forerun. Mr. Davis brings over 16 years of healthcare IT sales and consulting experience to Forerun, most recently as CEO of Emergisoft, an early pioneer in emergency department information systems and physician documentation, which was acquired by Forerun. At Emergisoft, Mr. Davis led the strategy, business development, and sales efforts of the company, as well as managed corporate development, operations, and finance. Mr. Davis has held senior leadership and sales roles with several healthcare IT industry leaders, including Superior Consultant (now Xerox) and First Consulting Group (now ACS). He is the founder and past president of the Louisiana Chapter of HIMSS. Mr. Davis received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from Southern Methodist University.

Godson Menezes, Director of Operations

Mr. Menezes is the Director of Operations for Foreun. He has over 16 years of experience as architect/technologist developing software solutions that span a wide spectrum of problem domains including Security, Telecommunications, Cloud Computing and Healthcare IT. Formerly he served as the Chief Technology Officer for Emergisoft, which was acquired by Forerun, where he has been attributed to three generations of Emergency Department Information Systems and the Maritime clinical information system product lines. Mr. Menezes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.

Ed de Moel, Lead Programmer

Mr. De Moel is the Lead applications programmer. Mr. De Moel has over 30 years experience in Medical Informatics, both as a teacher and as a developer, most recently with the U.S. Department of Defense and the Veterans Administration. Mr. De Moel is also immediate past chairman of the ANSI committee working on the standardization of the technology on which Forerun's systems are built. Mr. De Moel has a PhD-equivalent education in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from the University of Amsterdam.
